Crystal Palace hosts Fulham
Crystal Palace hosts Fulham in a London derby from the 25th round of the Premier League. Here are our predictions 1X2 for this clash at the Selhurst Park.
After the previous round of the league, Crystal Palace went down to 15th place in the standings. Roy Hodgson’s team have 23 points won so far and a record of 6 wins, 5 draws and 13 defeats. In their last five games Palace won only once – against Wolverhampton Wanderers, doing one draw and conceding three losses.
This draw came against Southampton at the St. Mary’s Stadium in the previous round. Wilfred Zaha gave Palace the lead, but the Saints equalized with a goal form James Ward-Prowse in the 77th minute.
Before this draw against Southampton, Crystal Palace sufferd two consecutive losses against Liverpool and Watford. Clearly Hodgson’s boys can’t find the consistency they seek. They are on 4 points ahead of the 18th Cardiff City and the relegation zone, but this is certainly not enough to feel safe.
Fulham are in a much deeper trouble at the moment. The Cottagers are in the relegation zone, being 19th in the league with 17 points. Their record at the moment shows 4 wins, 5 draws and 15 defeats.
In their last game Fulham felt some relief after a well needed win against Brighton & Hove Albion. Claudio Ranieri’s boys won with 4-2 at the Craven Cottage, despite of losing with 0-2 at the halftime. After the break Fulham seriously improved, scoring four goals in Matthew Ryan’s net. Aleksandar Mitrovic scored a brace, while Calum Chambers and Luciano Vietto also scored. Fulham really needed these points in order to continue their fight for survival.
That’s our predictions 1X2 for the Premier League game between Crystal Palace and Fulham at the Selhurst Park. Good luck!
