Napoli handled the Udinese test on the way to the 1/4-final

Napoli’s team has become a surefire at the 1/4-final in the Italian Cup. Tonight, the Neapolitans pushed 1: 0 over Udinese’s hard team and secured a ranking for the next phase. The character in the match was Lorenzo Insierie, who appeared as a reserve and scored the winning goal in the 71st minute.

The first half was more equal and with few goals. In the 25th minute, Rogg stole the ball from Halfredson and brought Jose Kayekon, but goalkeeper Simone Skuette deliberately came out and blocked the Spaniard’s strike. Then in the 32nd minute Adam Unas got ahead of the penalty area and fired a defender’s defense, then the ball bounced off the bar.

The second part of Napoli has stepped up the pressure and started creating far more dangers at the door of the Zebrite. In the 56th minute, Kaiehon found himself in a good position in the pennant, but failed to overcome the goalie but turned out to be in the offside. Then, in the 63rd minute, Unañas fired dangerously but over the door. Three minutes later, Inssie tried a technical strike, but it did not hinder Squipe.

The better game of the hosts did, however, result. In the 71st minute, Diris Merttens, with a great pass, brought Insienie a speed, he advanced and calmly sent the ball to the net for 1: 0.

In the 76th minute, Mertens had a great chance to double. He received a pass from the left side of the penalty area and scored, putting the shot to a beamer.

At the end, the guests tried to push in the quest for equalization, but their efforts were not successful. So Napoli continues in the next phase of the tournament where he will be waiting for the winner of the meeting between Atalanta and Sassuolo.
