Aguero is recovering as planned

Sergio Aguero is recovering from a left knee surgery plan and will begin rehabilitation on Thursday, the Argentine Football Association (AFA) announced on Wednesday afternoon’s concerns about the state of the striker. He suffers from an injury on 11 March. Aguero was operating on Tuesday in Barcelona and will not play for at least a month. Argentina’s first World Cup match is June 16 against Iceland.

“Aguero is recovering as planned and tomorrow, Thursday, will begin rehabilitation,” AFA said.
