Inter – Cagliari

Making it three in a row and improving their position in the Serie A standings a little bit more. This is Inter’s goal before their home game against Cagliari on Saturday night. These are our winning soccer predictions.

After some difficult start of the new season, Inter are currently 6th in the Calcio standings with 10 points won. Luciano Spalletti’s team had to go through some dissapointing results, like the two losses against Sassuolo and Parma.

But it looks like Inter are starting to get back on their feet, because the Nerrazurri won their last two games in the league – against Sampdoria and Fiorentina.

It was not easy against La Viola few days ago. Mauro Icardi opened the score for Inter, but Milan Skriniar scored himself an own goal, equalizing for Fiorentina. The home team had to wait until the 77th minute, when the right back Danilo D’Ambrosio scored the winner for Inter.

It’s hard to say that Inter could fight for the Serie A title this season, but they surely will aim to finish once again in the Top 4 and qualify for the Champions League. Right now they are 2 points behind the 4th Lazio.

Cagliari are 16th in the Serie A standings with 6 points won. The Rossoblu have a record of 1 win, 3 draws and 2 defeats. Their only win since the start of the campaign came during the game against Atalanta in Bergamo, which was kind of surprising we shall say.

In their last game Cagliari made a 0-0 draw against Sampdoria at home. Both teams had some chances to score a winner, but it didn’t happen.

These are our winning soccer predictions for the Serie A clash between Inter and Cagliari at the Stadio San Siro in Milan. We believe that Inter are favourites here, but let’s wait and see.
